"The new owners are great and very caring - with all the experience and care they bring it's a real pleasure to work with them. God bless them for caring for our elderly and being compassionate to the situation. Thank you and may God bless your company,"
"This agency left my dad in feces and urine encrusted bandages on his legs for 2 days. They refused to send the on call nurse out, then nobody was in the office over the weekend. I had to send him to the E. R. After reporting Alliance for neglect, Joecelyn the Clinical Manager withdrew Eddie and Ersel, the Occupational and Physical Therapists from Renown, who they are contracted with. Eddie and Ersel falsified medical records claiming Dad met his goals. He has not. We reported Dad's lack of therapy to the same authorities, then Joecelyn claimed that his primary care physician ordered everything stopped. His doctor told us that he did NOT do such a thing. She did inform him that she wanted Dad out of her agency due to the complaints lodged. She even told Dad's insurance company all of the lies above. That's illegal, Joecelyn. They never return phone messages left on the weekends. They don't give a toss about patients, just their money. Also, the agency initially refused to tell the insurance reps where they bill from which is suspicious. They bill through a third party, who are rude to the insurance reps when they call to inform them where to send forms for payment. They refused to listen to the insurance company's guidelines for visits. They can stay longer than 45 minutes in Dad's case. They want to train the family to do their jobs. NEVER EVER be trained by any home health agency. They were angry due to my refusing. Two lawyers, a county social worker, my doctor, Dad's doctor, several nurses, and even CNAs advised me that they want someone to blame if they screw up in some way, shape, or form."
