"Dr. Finley always made me feel rushed. I'd go in for accupunture or a holistic appointment and she was always looking at the watch, trying to stick the needles in as quickly as possible, then off to the next patient in another room. My insurance doesnt cover this, and if I'm paying top dollar I expect a doctor who will listen and talk with me about my health. Shes a volume doctor. More patients, more money. In and out. The only reason she s getting two stars is for recommending me a product that's working."

"Dr. Finley seems very caring and knowledgeable. The low rating comes from the fact that when I talked to the receptionist about the cost of treatment, which I was paying out of pocket because my insurance doesn't cover this type of care, she quoted me $89. When I completed the treatment and was checking out, the actual cost of treatment was more than DOUBLE what I was quoted. When she was questioned about it she shrugged and said, "Sorry." I don't like being LIED to. The front desk staff has RUINED an otherwise pleasant experience."
