"This has been the biggest hassle, just to come in for my 1st appointment. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. Called the 1st time and couldn’t get in for at least 6 weeks. Okay 1st appointment scheduled. Looking forward to finally getting in. Day of appointment they call me and say the dentist had an emergency. Okay, emergencies come up. But then it took 3 or 4 weeks to re-schedule my appointment that they had to change. 2nd appointment, they called and said the dentist wouldn’t be in on that day. Another 3 weeks to reschedule. Today I received a call saying that they will have to reschedule AGAIN, due to the dentist will not be in on that day. (Supposedly the dentist has another emergency, kind of). is kind of an emergency? What? ARE YOU KIDDING?!? My appointment wasn’t until 4 or 5 days. Next appointment available was 3 weeks later. No thank you! This is ridiculous! Do you guys even have a dentist or a dental hygienist?? I am so disappointed. Sorry, not waiting for a 4th appointment. NO THANK YOU, I’LL FIND ANOTHER DENTIST TO GO TO. Found one immediately and will be seen next week. Thank you Gentle Dental, for the stress that I don’t need."

"I got lower dentures here. they never were right, were never comfortable, and never even looked like they were built for me. whenever I went in to get them fixed I left feeling like I was an idiot and that I was belittled by the Dr and nurses.and wouldn't refund me despite my telling them the dentures were unwearable based on my experience you're better off going to the van under a bridge reading cheap Dentle care"
