"We have been with Alliance Family Services for about six months and we have seen amazing improvement in our little one. He loves working with his therapist and she makes it so fun for him!"
"Alliance Family Services has been the biggest blessing for our son who diagnosed with Level 1 autism last year. Sara, the program director, has been fantastic to work with from the beginning and is incredibly understanding and gracious with us. We love all of his therapists and they are nothing but kind, respectful and encouraging people. We are so grateful for his team and the progress he's made with the program only five months in, it has been life changing for my kiddo. I highly recommend checking out Alliance for your ABA therapy needs!"
"Alliance Family Services has spent the last 18 months to 2 years making changes and building professional and compassionate ABA services. Rite of Passage has changed the program and made enhancements that have benefited all of the families involved. I am so fortunate to have found them! The current Program Director/BCBA Sara Thompson has gone above and beyond to create consistency and professionalism in her program and staff. She has helped several families navigate the programs and deal with insurance issues. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of ABA services."
"Since Rite of Passage has taken over Alliance Family Services about 2 years ago, we have seen amazing growth and consistency in their professionalism, communication, and genuine care for our children and their clients! Prior to Rite of Passage our family was with the previous company since 2018 and were less than pleased. Communication was extremely inconsistent, I always felt like the greasy wheel trying to get answers. Our child did not seem happy to go (and seem to make slow progress in his skills) , and we did not get the feeling that they had the families best interest at heart. The reason we initially stayed was because being new parents we didn't really know what to expect. So previous google reviews from 3 years ago are accurate. Now with new management and having ROP take over we have been so pleased! For the last 2 years the new BCBA/Case managers had a lot of clean up and relationship rebuilding to do, and the number one thing that they started with was to contact their current clients and families and open up those lines of communication to rebuild a professional/stable relationship. They are so good with communication that I even get reminded of schedule changes when it used to be the other way around. They have your back for your families needs. They listen to your concerns, especially on modern day/gentle ABA and will support you in IEP's or anything else you need. We have seen more stability with RBT's staying than what used to be a revolving door. We are also able to communicate with our RBTs about concerns and accomplishments. I love that this is a team effort! You can also read their notes online. Our child loves going to the clinic! But we also love that they give us the option of in home sessions or are able to support in schools. Alliance Family Services even try do what they can to try to make sure your child can still receive services whether there has been an insurance change or working with other Autism Financial programs. Sara Thomson is the current BCBA/case manager who has hopes to grow this service to be more accessible to all families This kind of idea shows us that they really care about their clients. I can only see this company getting better from here, and we will stay with them as long as possible!"
"If you're looking for consistency, communication, a professional business relationship, and for you and your family to be treated with respect... I wouldn't recommend this company. *** EDIT*** I had replied to the "response from owner" but not surprisingly, to no avail. Hey, at least their consistency with communication, or ( Lack there of ) proceeds them. Also before I get another response about HIPAA.. I'd like to note that no names are being mentioned or even semantics. This is my personal experience."
