Top to bottom : doesn't rush you. She explains things as well. Respectful with good “bedside manner” Wait time is quick and her new assistant is awesome."

"There has to be more competent people than Dr. Veronica Sutherland. For someone who claims to be capable of caring for and diagnosing individuals who seek answers to health issues, she and the people working under her sure are shady. They are misleading and do not provide the services requested... They are suppose to be the experts in this situation and are liable to be accurate and direct with what they are offering. Rightly they should tell the patients seeing them that by taking their direction it would then no longer be considered a yearly check up, but a general office visit. However, everything I had visited them for is directly linked to services which falls under the right to have a yearly check up. But when I call about a bill that was suppose to be in my name and instead was in my mother’s when her name hasn’t been on my insurance in years? A bill telling me that I’m 30 days late on a payment I was never informed about at the office in which I checked before leaving? And then was told to call this person then that person to figure out why I’m being charged for a yearly check up that is covered under my insurance? AND then it takes them two and a half days to get back to me? An assessment test I never requested but was given while at this doctors visit that not only did not apply to anything I came in for but was never informed I was being charged for? Makes me wonder how many people have been charged for something that wasn’t needed nor requested and was just never noticed. On top of that, I still don’t have any answers and nothing was accomplished because the things doc supposedly said she was gonna do to help me feel better never happened. Also, I know a couple other people seeing Sutherland and they’ve had similar experiences."
