"Staff seems friendly and capable. Communication is lacking. First surgery was told to arrive 1 hour early. Got a call on the way that I was late. They wanted me there 1.5 hours early. Did not need my ride to wait. Next surgery arrived more than 1.5 hours early. Receptionist said she was just about to call. ?? Had not been told of copay due. Ride was told have to stay for whole procedure. This policy not in effect for procedure 2 weeks previous. Caused great inconvenience. Next patients to arrive did not have rides staying with them. ?? They were also not told a copay was due."
