"So my first visit was nice the Doctor was exceptional but went to pick up shoes and was greeted with rude front desk receptionist. I had to call and have adjustments to my shoe and inserts after developing issues on foot. I made call and spoke with receptionist Karla who got rude after asking her about a refund because of the issue with my foot. Her RUDE response was they tell you to call is any issues with shoes, right so there's no reason for refund. Again went at clinic heard her make rude remarks about another patient which I think needs addressed IMMEDIATELY. Karla is UNPROFESSIONAL."
"I would rate this company lower then one star but I didn’t have that option to do so. I was refer to this company from my insurance and keep in mind I don’t know what this company does I just called the number I was giving. The person who answered never said her name and when I asked for the item I was looking for (Polar Ice Machine) she stated no they don’t sell ice machines which at the time I thought she missed understood me and I repeated what I was l looking for. At that time her tone of voice got more rude then in the same tone of voice told me what they sale and do. At this time I said thank you and before I could even say bye she hung up on me. I’m sure if this person heard about this review she will know it was her, and to the company management you need to replace her the attitude she had on the phone I’m sure isn’t much better in person. You deal with people who are healing from having a life changing situation that happen to them. They don’t need this rudeness they need a person who cares least a little bit. How does she know I didn’t have a life changing event. Now to this person directly from me get a new job where you don’t deal with people as your not even slightly a people person and you made me feel like I didn’t matter."

"I had an appointment on 08/03 for my 22 month old son, to pick up his AFOs, I called in 08/02 to confirm my appointment for the next day, I was then told they were still in fabrication and they canceled my 08/03 appointment. I called in today 08/16 to do a status check and I was told they were ready for pick up, no one had called me so I asked when they arrived and I was told 08/04. The ball was dropped here, these sat for 12 days with no communication to me. Initially I was told they usually arrive sooner than the appointment date so it was just a placeholder, that when they are ready I will be called and I can just do a walk in. Now that they are ready I am being told I need an appointment to pick them up, I live over an hour away and the inconsistencies are becoming very upsetting. My son depends on these to walk, his development was put on hold waiting for the AFOs. Also it should be considered that he is a growing toddler that was sized for these over a month ago. I am hoping they do fit properly when we pick them up. The lag in communication is very frustrating to me, working in customer service myself I feel it’s inappropriate. When my concerns were expressed there was zero sympathy given or ownership taken, just an excuse of being short staffed. This left me unsettled because I don’t see this location hiring for positions, this matter should be taken very seriously. You have children counting on you and parents trusting that their kids needs were placed in the right hands."
