"I arrive to my appointment fifteen minutes early and every time they make me wait for 40 mns to an hour before the doctor comes in to see me . It's absurd"
"Very admirable staff! People need to understand being in the medical field isn't a walk in the park, these people work their butts off. Keep up with your health the same way you expect these doctors to keep up with yours and you'd have less headaches and visits, sincerely someone who was a corpsman in the navy. P.s. you shouldn't complain about someone when they're the ones helping you, show respect and I promise you'll have a better experience."
"I've had excellent experiences here, and my interactions with the staff, from the doctor to the nurse to the front desk staff, have been professional and respectful. I've never had to wait very long, the doctor is available and approachable, and the prices are fair. I hope they continue to stay operational during these challenging times. Thanks for all of your hard work!"
"Clean place. I usually make my son’s appointments through CHS on Wells, but they didn’t have any available appointments so they referred me to the one on Neil. The lady at the desk who checked me in was very sweet. I never got her name but she helped me apply for the sliding scale and great customer service. We weren’t waiting for more than 10 minutes & when we did get in, the doctor took a look at my son pretty quickly too. Staff and nurses that helped were kind."
"I am seeing Holly Brisson and have been in communication with Dr. Janes who is the director of this location. I connected with the clinic after months of Covid symptoms. Holly has been incredibly dismissive, allowing numerous ER visits and a 2 day hospitalization because she claims my symptoms are caused by anxiety and don't require her intervention. Policy is also horrible. I was told by Holly that I would need to come into the office for a temperature check and to pick up my FMLA paperwork. I expressed concern because not only did I have COVID symptoms I have been falling constantly and wouldn't be able to walk very far. She told me it was fine, I would be allowed inside and staff would help me if I felt faint. As soon as I got to the building I was flagged as a Covid risk and qsked to wait outside. I was very dizzy and told the nurse qt the door multiple times that I was going to fall. She told me to calm down, grabbed me by the arm and dragged me outside where she left me to pass out on the sidewalk. Even after passing out in the office with extremely elevated vitals I haven't received any updated treatment. I was given a low dose of Zofran but otherwise told to seek treatment at the ER. The ER usually tells me that while there is damage and my symptoms need treatment they can only help me when the damage is bad enough for me to be hospitalized. I thought that after my first hospitalization I would be believed more and receive care. Unfortunately nothing is changed and I am back to waiting for more damage to be done before I can get help. Holly has also let my FMLA lapse for about a full week without returning the 5 calls an messages I left beggingher for both help woth my symptoms and help keeping my job. This has increased my stress by a great deal. Any person worried about being believed and treated like a human being (POC, The poor, Women, LGBTQ+) should look for another clinic. The director is well aware of the situation and I still can't even get a treatment plan, there is no reason to think the other medical professionals would be held to a higher standard."
