"Dr. Teichgraeber has been my primary provider for 10+ years. He has always been easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. Until recently, the administrative staff was inefficient, with poor customer service manners. Lately there has been a remarkable improvement in staff efficiency; and now the admin staff, MA's, and physician, all provide high quality patient care."

"While I really like my primary care doctor, the referral system is terrible. I've been trying to get an approved referral faxed to a specialist for nearly a month and as of today it still hasn't been spent. I can't even tell you how angry and frustrated I am."

"They do require you to use a patient portal and I don’t think that it’s necessary because I believe that a patient portal should be used by their primary care physicians and they do have codes and stuff like that for it and I think that a patient portal needs to be done by doctors and not by the patients OK. The patient portal needs to be done by doctors and not have the patient’s access to them because it can get hacked and I believe that all the doctors are required to have patient portals. I know the doctors office wants the patients to try the patient portal but I think it’s just stupid , I have been trying to get a hold of my doctor this morning and I had to leave a voicemail message and they never called me back to get seen because I am menopausal or premenopausal excuse me and I am at my wits end right now."

"Been a patient here for many years. Dr Miller and the staff are awesome. Always responsive, respectful and helpful. I've been able to get appointments within a reasonable amount of time when needed. The urgent care here has also been good when we've needed it."

"My PCP is at this office so I'm here at least 2x a year. Even during the pandemic, they managed to provide excellent care. I don't think I've ever waited longer than 15 minutes total, waiting room and exam room, to be seen. Seems my visits to other medical offices it's all hurry up and wait. And wait. It's refreshing to have an appointment that actually starts on time."
