"I grew up in the area, and doctor’s offices can be hit or miss here, but this is the worst run office I’ve ever come across. They gave us inaccurate, random allergy test results for our son. They werent careful about where each skin prick test was placed on our son’s back, and they also forgot that they used histamine as a control (which guarenteed they would mistakenly think something is a severe allergen). We got lucky that they just told us our son is allergic to a few things that he’s not allergic to. If it had been the reverse and they had mistakenly told us he’s not allergic to something…things could have gone much worse. And, they still had the complete lack of integrity or pride in their role as healthcare professionals that they charged us in full for the test even after they acknowledged their error and we had to repeat the entire process with another doctor, who of course we also had to pay in full. This wasnt the only major issue we had with them, but that’s the most important thing to be aware of. You can’t trust their test results, and they seem to be fine profiting from it anyways."

"The doctor that saw my daughter was nice and helpful, but I am a little frustrated over their handling of payments. I didn't hear anything for a year, finally received one bill, and one week later received a notice that I was going to be reported to collections if I didn't immediately pay. It took ya'll a year bill me, and then jump immediately to collections. All it would take is a busy week where I missed this notice and then get dinged on my credit. A little more patience and effort to contact for payments would be appreciated."

"I am thrilled to have found this practice. All of the staff have been kind and accommodating, and Dr. Dhatt is fantastic. I have a wheelbarrow of weird and complex medical issues, and Dr. Dhatt is thorough, willing to work with my other providers on my care team, and open to discussion and collaboration for my care. It's clear to me that she's extremely intelligent, and processes very quickly. I appreciate her direct communication style, and always leave feeling listened to, and safe in her care. Her nurse, Eva is wonderful. She's competent, kind, and compassionate. She has dealt with insurance kerfuffles for me, and is on the ball with everything. Other reviews mention difficulty getting through when they call. When the practice first opened, I had a couple times where the phone system seemed like it had a glitch, but now I have had no issues at all getting through, and I have appointments every 3 weeks there. I would absolutely recommend this practice."

"If you don’t have a mask they will reschedule your appointment. Weird they won’t provide them. Also couldn’t give me an itemized receipt for any services. How are you calculating what your charging me? They seemed very surprised by me asking for an itemized receipt for insurance."

"I showed up 15 mins early to my first appointment and waited over an hour to be seen. When I came back for a procedure they could not guarantee my 3:40pm appointment would happen before closing. They are so disorganized and always behind schedule. You cannot rely on afternoon appointments especially if they are sending people with appointments away. Either stay overtime and see your patients or hire more staff. My goodness."
