"They could never help me could never solve or what my issue was. Had a couple of biopsies which I felt were needless. The staff was never the same. My visits never lasted more than 5 minutes. Had one visit with a medical assistant which of course had no answers to my questions. In talking to other patients, this office solution is creams after creams instead of finding long term solutions or control. The care provided was very generic."

"Dr Dasai is a good Dr. But this time let me down. She gave me the wrong meds as in cream form when all along iv been useing the ointment one. The cream never works. Iv sent messages to whoever it is who takes them and gives them to gives them to her. It's been 4 weeks now since iv been trying to get the right one. Nobody has called me back except once last week. I'm seeking another Dr. I think I'm done here."

"About a month ago, I spent 80 minutes on hold; no one ever answered. Today I spent another hour on hold and no one answered. Dr. Desai is a good doctor. However, given that her office apparently never answers the phone, I'm now seeking a replacement."

"My review is for Dr. Desai. She is patient, thorough, and will listen. She seems to have my best interest at heart but also listens to my desires for health. I have been seeing her for a few years now and I’m glad she is in my network. I rarely have to wait more then 10 min in front and about 5 min max in the room. I’ve never had a problem with scheduling."

"They scheduled my son for an appointment at 10 am. Since his Doctor “Doctor Desai” was not there he was scheduled with some other doctor who I don’t know. Anyhow I told them both my kids were sick but they refused to see my baby as his not an established patient and only they only scheduled my toddler. By the way the girl who scheduled me told me you can take your baby to urgent care and than come bring the toddler to be seen at 10. I did just as I was told. But it did not work out I sat waiting until about 10:20 and never was called back. I talked to the girl in front she said she was going to check what’s going but I had to go get the baby checked at The urgent care from down the hall because he got called back. Mind you I did let the staff member at Dr. Desai’s office know what’s going on since they suggested this whole plan. I just want the world to know that St Mary’s medical group failed and it’s not Dr Desai but the person who at the end of all this decided not to see my toddler. After this although I love Dr Desai I’m sorry to say I’ll have to move my family from this practice as I feel like they failed."
