"Everything went well until my EKG. The nurse hooked up the leads ran it, ran it again then moved the pads around and tried again. She ran it again a few times, redid the pads and wires before trying it a couple more times. She told me the machine had just been fixed but appeared broken again. She showed me the EKG paperwork which looked like solid ink. She left the room to get help, came back and said the doctor was able to read one. When the doctor came in began to tell me I would need to get an EKG from my own doctor. He claimed there were several problems with my heart. He denies the machine is broken. I have never had a bad EKG including one within the last year. Now my employer will force me to go see a cardiologist at my expense to keep my job. A simple acknowledgment the machine had problems would have prevented that."

"I recently came in for a drug screen. The lady was impersonal and uninterested. She also read me a disclosure after I had not had enough urine for the test cup. That said I could not leave and that would be considered a refusal to take the drug test. I did have a need to go out to my vehicle and retrieve something so I could stay in the clinic for an extended period of time and wait until I could use the restroom again. I believe that that information should be something that is disclosed before you even start. When I informed the next person I could use the restroom I still waited another 45 minutes prior to being taken to the back. This was a three hour waste of my time. Nobody should have to wait that long. Especially after they consumed over 36 ounces of water so that they could take the urine drug test."

"The process was ok, but once I was seen by the staff in one of the rooms, I was told to wait in the lobby for my paperwork. I waited for 45 minutes and then interrupted a staff, they looked up my info and said my paperwork was being sent to my employer directly, but no one told me that, I had to interrupt a staff member to find out. I believe the communication could have been better."

Kevin, who is the receptionist and coordinator, runs this place like a well-oiled machine! He is amazing with astounding customer service skills.
