"I was unfortunately referred to CBA healthcare and had the pleasure to speak to April, one of the receptionist. Extremely rude on the phone. No introduction or anything. First thing after answering she asked what insurance I had in a manner that felt like she would hang up if I said the wrong thing. Yes, I understand they are booked out. Many businesses are booked out at this time, that’s okay. That doesn’t mean that they can be rude to potential clients on the phone. I gave her 2 weekdays I was available, and April told me she’ll “put me on the list.” HA. No thanks. They could have the best therapist in town, but I will not go here if I have to deal with April every time I need something scheduled. I’d like to think she was purposely being rude to deter new clients away since they are so booked out. After reading the other reviews, it is apparent others have had similar experiences with April. Meaning they either cannot hire anybody else, or they are willing to tolerate her behavior. Is this the type of place you want to receive therapy?"

"The receptionists and such are okay but they did help when insurance was raised, keeping our copay the same. My counselor is amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better person to understand and help!"

"FIND ANOTHER THERAPIST!!!!! NOT WORTH THE TIME TO EVEN BOTHER TO TRY TO WORK WITH. Worst attitude the second you walk in. April & the other receptionist can not coordinate & will not advise you in advance of the Therapist being out. So you get to show up & wait 30 min before you are told that the therapist you have came to see was not scheduled to be in that afternoon. It’s like pulling teeth just to get a call back with a proper appointment & the second you don’t answer 1 phone call, April threatens to drop you as a client. Extremely unprofessional & treat you like they are forced to talk to you. Worst experience I have ever had to put up with. Bellow is the txt that you can clearly see when the receptionist was trying to make an appointment & because I didn’t answer her within the 2 hour mark, she sent the second txt. Mind you, I called over a week & a half before to get the appointment scheduled & it took her over a week to txt back & she called only once that morning."

"The most contradicting and unprofessional company I've ever dealt with in the professional realm. They assessed my child. They told me he was a well adjusted, mentally healthy young boy (which he is)and then wrote a very vague report that did not reflect what the counselor said to me the day of. When I contacted them for clarification not only did they completely ignore my calls and emails when they finally did they were extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. They were not willing to work with me at all in explaining the vague report and the clinical manager was shouting at and being so snide me over the phone by the of our conversation that I just told him to have a good day and hung up the phone. The counselor we spoke with seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I don't know if someone above her professionally influenced her into creating the vague report and not expressing her true opinion or if she just had a sudden change of opinion. For her or their company to not have the decency to return my phone calls or emails and explain themselves was so very unprofessional and to have the clinic manager contact me and be as rude and childish as he had been was appalling. Maybe they do have some good counselors working there and maybe they don't. I do not know. I've only interacted with one. I won't mention her name. I'd like to, but I won't. I'll probably even try to remove this review because I don't like to be "that guy". I am very frustrated. At almost 30 years old I never thought I would have to deal with grown professionals acting like children. The individuals I have dealt with lack professionalism and integrity."
