"I️ have been trying for weeks to get my medication refilled. Zero response after trying every method to get in touch. I️ had the pharmacy contact them. I️ called and left a message at the office. I️ sent a request through my chart. When I️ called Renown Customer service they hung up on me. I️ called back and they told me they would connect me with management. That just took me to voicemail. No response yet. At this point, I️ am out of my medication. This leaves me in physical pain that affects my ability to work and live a normal life. If you care about your health- DON’T USE THIS UNRELIABLE PROVIDER!"

"I highly recommend going to Renown Medical Group in Caughlin Ranch. Their staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly. Laura, the front desk clerk, greeted me with a genuine smile. The facility was nice and clean. I felt cared for by the entire team, from MA’s Angie and Reggie, who made me comfortable during my 1st visit. Dr. Pooja Reddy was very thorough with everything and showed compassion. She made sure I understood everything and always addressed my concerns very well. I am grateful she is my PCP."

"I scheduled my appointment a month in advance for several recent health issues I needed tended to with my primary physician, Sepideh Arya-Sande. My appointment was for 3:20 and I arrived at 3:16. They told me I missed my 'check in' window by 1 minute as I was suppose to 'check in' between 3:05 and 3:15 for my 3:20 appointment. There was no one else in the waiting room and they told me I would need to reschedule. I am an established patient and have been going to this location and seeing Sepideh for years. I let them know there were no changes to any of my information that needed updating and asked why I was being turned away when I was still there early. I found this experience completely unprofessional and offensive and hope others will take this review as a warning for this location and the staff at Caughlin Renown."

"If hospitals stress you out, I highly recommend the Caughlin location of Renown, since it is a standalone branch with the amenities of a primary care practice, but without the chaotic hustle and bustle of a hospital. The lobby was well designed and comfortable, helping to ease me ahead of my appointment. On to my actual appointment: I've never met a more friendly and conversational nurse than the one here who took my measurements, vitals, etc.. She helped me feel relaxed ahead of my appointment with my physician assistant, who was also great and easy to talk to. She asked if I had any concerns, and I didn't at all feel like I was being rushed. I will be happily going back to this location for as long as I live in the Reno area."

"This Medical Group opened in Summer 2017. Appointments were easy to obtain at first. It was possible to get a non-emergency appointment within a couple of days. Now(as of Feb 2018) it takes a couple of weeks. The difficulty in obtaining appointments though not much different from other facilities in Reno is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Everyone is really friendly and they make a concerted effort to help in any way that they can. The wait time is usually less than 10 minutes with an appointment. Allison M. Lynch, MD is awesome! She somehow still finds time to listen to her patients despite the dramatic increase in her patient load. My last appointment was supposed to be for 15 minutes and she devoted almost an hour when there were more issues than anticipated. She is friendly, conscientious and willing to answer questions. She does not take offense when a patient asks her to explain her rationale. She replies to patient posts to the patient portal promptly."
