"Showed up for a 1pm appointment for a follow up x ray only to be told the x ray tech called in sick... Neither of the lazy 'assistants' at the front desk listening to their ipods bothered to call patients and let them know we needed to swing by somewhere else to get the x ray done. As I was leaving, a lady showed up for the exact same thing and was upset that nobody bothered to inform her either. I expect that from a hometown dental office, but its completely unprofessional for Renown..."
