Family Medicine Center

"Upon entering the building and checking in at the front desk,we were told to go to the waiting room. Well come to find out later the front desk personal didn’t even check us into the computer ,making us a no show ,after sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes. When brought to their attention they said they would send someone to fix it. This is how disorganized they are. A nurse walks into the waiting room approaches a random patient and explains to her my situation and then proceeds to ask her if that’s her and when the patient says yes they take our place. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I walk up to speak with front desk again. Wheren they were surprised to see me and then continued to lie to my face by telling me that no one is available when they just told me they were going to see us.when I explain to them that I witnessed their mistake. They proceeded to apologize and say it was their fault. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just tell me that instead of lying to our face. This appointment is for my seven month old son who is in need of his shots and I feel like they did not take my son into consideration. This is my experience 02/15/2022 when I tried to reschedule I was treated as if it was my fault.is this the kind of behavior we can expect when it comes to the well being of our children. These appointments are for them and no one else."

"The service of personnel and their behavior was bad even the physician which visited me was really terrible and the doctor couldn't detect anything just I charged a lot for cost of laboratory request which the doctor wrote for me. I don't suggest anyone this center"
