"Today was my third time to visit this urgent care. I hadn’t done a review previously, but I had no complaints and was totally satisfied with the care I received and gave them the “10” rating and moved along with my life. Yesterday, when I was contemplating using them again (because of a nagging cold/virus), the reviews (from another service, not this one) all seemed negative!! I thought “why? All my experiences have been good- hmmm! Well, I’m going there anyway!” And once again, kind/loving care was delivered as previously experienced, smooth and easy, no glitches or attitude with staff (as I have had in other medical facilities as of lately- it seems to be a growing trend in my experience!) NOT HERE- these hard working people are AWESOME!! Thanks for all you do!"

"I forgot to request an additional prescription from the physician I had seen the day before. But with the carbon app I was able to open it up and send a message directly to the physician requesting the RX which she responded almost immediately and was happy to call that into the pharmacy that I already had set up in my account info and I just verified it was the one I needed and pushed it through to the pharmacy and then the pharmacy then notified me with a text message when it was ready for pick up. And all this was done from the comfort of my own home. I would definitely recommend the Carbon App for convenience and efficiency."

"I attempted to take my daughter to the location on Ion Drive and unfortunately they were unable to accept walk-ins due to only having 1 provider and a fully booked schedule. I then called to verify I could walk-in at the North Valleys location. When I arrived however, they were not accepting walk-ins and I was advised this was the case for awhile. It turns out I had spoken to the call center. The office was very caring and understanding and were able to make accommodations and the FNP saw my daughter. All of the staff were proficient, friendly, and caring. Prescriptions were sent right away as well as test results and instructions."

"Called ahead to make sure they were still accepting walk ins, since it was late in the day. They said yes. Got there shortly after, arriving by 5:25 (their close time is 6:00). I waited for about 5 minutes to check in and was told they were not accepting any more walk ins as of 5 minutes ago. I was there for a strep test. I explained that I had called ahead, driven from Cold Springs, and was in terrible pain. But they refused to take any accountability for wasting my time and gas and refused to see me tonight. Wildly unacceptable! I understand busy days and worked as a medical receptionist for many years, but if they were going to stop seeing walk in patients 30 minutes prior to closing they should have told us that on the phone. I will say that the medical receptionist there was very pleasant, and I know she is just the messenger. I would have given her a higher stand alone rating. However, her bogus suggestion to me was to go to their sister clinic 20 minutes away. This would have gotten me there 10 minutes before close. She did not verify if they would be taking walk ins. My only real option was to make an appointment for the morning (and to arrange child care, if I can). I will update my rating to reflect my visit but I cannot fathom that the care I receive will make up for what happened tonight. Update: I was able to find medical care later this same night. The examination took 5 minutes and I was given the needed antibiotic rx right away. I'm very thankful I could find conscionable care, in spite of St. Mary's lack of professional accountability. I canceled my appointment with them in the morning via phone."

"My one year old spiked a fever and just wasn’t himself, we just moved here from MA and didn’t have insurance or anything yet. They were super accommodating and gave us no issue with cash check out and we were in within 10 minutes! They were thorough with their exam and were able to find the cause of his fever and prescribe accurate medication. They also had us wait for the medication to kick into his system before he left to make sure the fever went down which I appreciated, a lot of urgent cares just want you in and out rather than making sure your okay by the time you leave. I had a great experience here and I’ll be back if need in the future! Also the woman at the front desk was super sweet, maybe it’s just moving from a state with cold people who just don’t want to work but I felt like they actually cared and were trying to help!"
