"I went in with an appointment time of 9:15 am.for lab work. I sat for an hour and then noticed that people that had come in far behind me were getting their labs done. I approached the desk, and questioned them. They admitted that my labs got "lost" in the paperwork. Absolutely ridiculous. Time away from work is missed money. My time is just as valuable as theirs. They do not respect their clients time at all. I despise this place."
"absolute scammers, will schedule your appointment for one thing and then bill you for another. Plus they love to charge you to establish care, and then charge you again to establish care with a new Dr every time you schedule a yearly appointment. Do not use Renoun for primary care."
"On to the 3rd doctor there, loved the last 2 but they quit for better opportunities. Now I know why, I loved Dr Finn and Pinkston, the new doesn't care. I tried messaging her after seeing her just 1 day prior because my symptoms were worse, she basically doesn't hear the suffering and cannot meet the needs of, she told me to make an appointment on my chart or go to urgent care, I guess she thinks we are made of money. She relies on tests and doesnt hear me."
"I've been coming to the Urgent Care and Lab for @ 3yrs now. In Nov '21, I established with Dr. Heather Jones at the Primary Care office and after 2 in office visits and several My Chart messages I can wholeheartedly recommend her and her staff. Dr. Jones is professional, caring and takes the time to listen. It's going to be so convenient to have my outpatient medical needs at one location. I'm looking forward to a long-term relationship with Dr. Jones."
"I've had a great experience both times I have visited. I have not used the urgent care. My review is for the medical office. It is a little confusing with the check in, though. The patients with appointments check in the same place the urgent care patients do. It would be nice if they had a priority window for clients with appointments. Everyone has always been very friendly."
