"Went there in early Oct for healthcare as they're on my insurance but the absolute worst healthcare facility I have ever experienced in my life. To be clear, I'm talking about seeing a "doctor" and not a dentist. Dr. White, who left the facility was on the ball but now this place is a joke and people's lives could be in danger from the complete lack of professionalism. My chart from the visit was so full of things they didn't even do it was ridiculous. They had my temp in my chart....didn't even take it... Had my weight....not even close to what the scale said....blood pressure wasn't what was taken.. Oxygen level in the file notes isn't even close to what the machine said. Had notes of all kinds of things discussed that were not even brought up... Had a cancer concern and was told to wait two weeks for the referral and if I didn't hear back from them, to call them and see where things were at. Seriously??? There's a cancer concern and you want me to sit by for two weeks for a referral and call you if I don't hear from you? I told the lady in the office that wasn't going to work. She stated "well, you have the referral and you can make your own calls"... The office staff is very friendly yet the actual healthcare is absolutely a disgrace to the medical field. Filed a report with the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners."

"Not even a worthy for 1 star. Thanks Google for no negative marking. It is so hilarious that they are into serious business and they are not serious about it. I am still waiting on for my appointment call from them for the last 2 months. Whenever I call them for the appointment they put me on voicemail. And then nobody calls."

"NO process defined. On first appointment they said they will call for the next follow up appointment then after two weeks my wife didn't get the call, We approached and then they said their process changed three weeks back. No intimation that process changed, And Dude it changed three weeks back then why the receptionist had no knowledge about it. When we confronted the senior receptionist she got rude and asked us "Do you want the supervisor?" It was total waste of time, effort and money."

"I have been coming here to CHA for about 4yrs . And my experience here has been nothing but positive! I highly recommend Dr. Jordan Williams , she is both of my daughters doctor as well and they just love her . All of the nurses here are very welcoming and understanding when it’s come to me having to re-schedule an appointment. I will never go anywhere else"

"Worse with making appointments. I got discharged from hospital for bleeding ear for 5 nights I was told to follow up with my primary dr. It took 2 months to see my dr. Then she send my referral to ENT she said if I don’t hear from ENT or their office then call back it been 6 week no one called. Today I call to see same dr they put my appointment after 8 week. No one care for people anymore if they have madicare. This is first time I got madicaid no EnT want to see Madicaid people and to see your own dr it’s months."
