"My husband heard the medical assistant and PA discussing his case in a derisive manner. He went out into the hall to say he could hear them and they started giggling. He did not receive an apology. It felt deeply unprofessional and like he was dismissed. Would be good for staff to ask the patient some questions before making assumptions and mocking them in the hallway."

"Pretty disappointed with their service. On my first visit they clearly ask me when do I want my blood works to be done and they were the one who gave me the date. On the day of my bloodworks, they told me I do not have any schedule for Bloodworks and I have Doctors appointment instead. What the would the doctor would tell me? Hi Hello? We just met and talked. He was also the one who told me that they will schedule me for blood works. Pretty frustrating that they told me my blood works is at 4pm. I DID not take any food or anything for this so don’t expect me to be nice in your service."

"This place is so incompetent. I finally get an appointment after months, and show up on time. Be sure not to use the first front door, because I went in a stood in line at the counter only to be told I was in the line for labs and need to go to the other end of the hall to sign in. I get to the right check in and the woman behind the counter tells me I have missed my appointment because its 6 minutes past my check-in time. PLEASE PUT A SIGN AT BOTH DOORS DISTINGUISHING THE LINES AND CHECK-IN DESKS!!!!! Your patients are missing appointments due to lack of front office functionality and general clarity."

"My primary care physician is based out of this office. I had a clogged ear the other day after following his advice to try and clean it (there was nothing wrong). I went in at 8am for treatment, they said the medical assistant couldn't see me because "The medical assistants are unable to diagnose which ear is clogged". I spent 2 hours waiting for my PCP (this is a misnomer, he's a PA not a real doctor) before having to leave for work. 2 hours and they couldn't even clear a clogged ear. Incompetence building on more incompetence."
