"***Updated Review *** Due to an icy work parking lot I fell and injured my right knee. I called up to Tahoe Forest and was able to get into Dr. Ringnes the same day. Unfortunately, this knee required surgery as well. Dr. Ringnes is simply amazing. The entire staff in the office from the moment you walk in is friendly and kind. Some even remembered me from 3 years ago. The nurses and MA are top notch. They are kind and caring. Answer your questions without making you feel stupid! Karin got me scheduled for surgery and is helping with my FMLA paperwork and all that good stuff. And is so incredibly kind and helpful. The entire staff exudes professionalism, kindness, and truly cares for their patients. Thank you Dr. Ringnes and the entire Tahoe Forest team for everything!!! Dr. Ringnes and his staff are absolutely the best. They truly care about their patients. I had surgery on 12/17 and had a couple fo set backs due to my own doing and everyone has been so amazing during the whole process."
