It will take about 1-3 days" No contact and when we came in, like a week later, not done. We were told to come back and things would be done but it's not. After a week someone finally asked for, corrected/confirmed my information it's going to take longer to get my meds. Full dose to nothing."

"Called to update a prescription. First person who answered put me on hold for a good five minutes, which is understandable if they're busy, but another person picked up and didn't even know why I was on hold. I told her again and she started asking for my information. Even though I was speaking at a loud tone, she kept asking me rudely to speak up and sighing, clearly letting me know she was annoyed. After I gave her some information, she told me that I have to come by to give them my insurance and proceeded to hang up in the midst of my "Thank you" without even saying a goodbye. Probably the rudest over-the-phone service I've ever had."
