"Always have extremely long wait times. Doesn't matter if you go into the store or try using the drive thru. I've seen 6 people working in the pharmacy but for some reason they can never work fast to get people in and out. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Currently waiting in drive thru line for 40 mins now completely ridiculous!"

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!!!! I have multiple incidences with this pharmacy and had very bad service from them. The very first time I went to them for my prescriptions they made me pay full price and I asked them if they had entered it through my insurance. They said they did but when I checked they did not. Spoke with their manager and was ready to refund me but asked me to come to the pharmacy to get my refund within 1 week only. Like I am not doing something else. It shouldn't be like that to begin with. The second was they they told me a specific time and date my medications should be ready for pick up. So, I was hopinf everythyng should be ready the time and date they said it should be. When I called them 7 hours later than the time and date I was given, to follow up with the medication, I was told that they only received the prescription 30 minutes ago, when in fact I already spoke with somebody 2 days ago about the same prescription. In short, nothing was prepared and they are asking me to wait 90 more minutes to prepare it. That's well and good if my meds are really ready the moment you come to their pharmacy the time they told you it should be ready, but every time I come there on the time they told me the medication shiuld be ready, they always say it's still being processed and make you wait 2 hours in line. SERVICE IS THE WORST! Not only do they not correct the problem, but they all say different things everytime!! And if you're LUCKY!, you will get a very rude technician. I am never going back here!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!"

"RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! Where are they getting these incompetent and unprofessional pharmacy staff members? If I could give zero stars- I would! Long lines, poor communication, often completely inaccurate communication, many very rude pharmacy techs. The pharmacists themselves are generally more professional, but it's obvious they are swamped and overworked. Some of the pharmacy techs are clearly either incompetent or very poorly trained."

"Worst Walgreens I’ve been to. I ordered prescriptions on 1/26, was notified they were read for pick up. After waiting half an hour in line in the drive thru I was told my prescriptions had not been filled and to go into the store in another 15 minutes. The picture below is the line inside. The incompetence of the staff is shameful. Do a better job or close your location."
