"I wish I would've read these reviews before thousands of dollars and 4 months were wasted. She's a hack and only has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. That's a 3year degree and she isn't qualified enough to interact with families. School counseling is more of her speed. She is extremely biased, unprofessional and unfit to be in a position to mediate for families and especially children. She erases emails that don't fit her narrative and omits information that isn't flattering to the side she leans towards. She went way outside of the scope she was given by the attorneys and I hope that more families dont waste their time, money and trust with Mindy. I have evidence that she lies in her reports and ignores the results of medical tests and other medical professionals. No wonder why she has a 1 star rating. If zero stars were an option, she would have earned zero stars."
"Very biased, if she says this isn't important to the case she's lying, say No and don't answer her questions. Always stay quiet, don't do any test with her it's a trap. The tests favors locals only, not a Russian or Chinese."
"Negative stars. Run away from this so called professional. This woman favors the abuser. I have documented evidence that she lies in her reports. I can see why she has you sign a clause exempting her from being sued. I have never seen a more biased demonstrably deceptive evaluation. One could easily believe she made a lot more money off the case than what the parties openly paid. This woman has made the lives over several abused children a living hell. Hopefully she will be repaid in kind"
