"So I tried a different CVS store after calling the one on Craig and Tenaya … and I asked for prescription to be transferred to his store since he was able to do what the other CVS store couldn’t do … and he said I should call the other one because it was closer … I didn’t want to do that and so he hung up on me … find a different company … awful customer service … if corporate wants to bare the problem they can look at phone records starting from 6pm to 7pm at both stores … the other store would except the info Walgreens was going to give to CVS … I will not use CVS ever again …"

"9/2023 Set up my appt for booster shot at CVS. It is a convenient location inside Target. Customer service was great. They were ready for me at my appointed time. The techician was excellent and efficient. ---------------------------- I had an appointment at CVS Pharmacy located inside Target at Skypoint. The appointment was scheduled online which was easy to navigate. I entered all of the information online so there eould be no delay at check in. The pharmacy is on the right side after the entrance. Very neat and organized. Customer service at the counter was very friendly organized and helpful. There was minimal wait for my appointment. Dr. Allison the pharmacist was extremely efficient. knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant. I will definitely scheduled my next vaccine appointment here."

"I absolutely LOVE the pharmacy inside Target on Sky Pointe! The pharmacist is helpful, professional and thorough. I never feel judged based on what I'm picking up. There's never a lot of confusion and we're-out-of-stock stuff like I've had other places. Kimberly makes me feel special, knows me by name and is always quick and helpful and helped me save money when my insurance coverage lapsed. She didn't make me feel judged either for not having insurance."

"Literally the worst CVS I've ever been to. I don't know if the staff just don't care.. or they want to make it known they really don't care about your time and business. Longest wait to even ask a question to which the pharmacist till dissappear into the back with a backed up line to see if the information they're giving me is correct. Get ready for lines and a wait. What should have taken me let's say 5 minutes. Took me a whopping 30 minutes no exaggeration."

The head pharmacist, Jayden, is very knowledgeable and friendly. All the other pharmacists and staff are as well. Helpful and quick to solve any problems I’ve had with refills and so on. Highly recommend this pharmacy for your medication needs."
