"The CVS Pharmacy at 7190 Craig Rod appears to be blatantly racist. At 9:00 AM on 9/14/2023, I was first in line when they opened up. However. they go out of their way to fill a prescription for a White person who wasn't even in the prescription line. When I complained they simply replied, "We're waiting on you now aren't we." In my opinion both the Pharmacist on duty and the register person should be fired."

"The employees are good and inside the store is no problem. But the outside is awful. It is the darkest parking lot I’ve ever seen. It feels like it’s not safe because it’s so dark. I wish they would fix this."

"I have been going to this CVS for many years. I find the pharmacy and the staff amazing. They're always great, they greet you when you walk in. The the pharmacy is very knowledgeable and very accurate and always willing to help you with anything you might need or any questions you might have. My issue is with the cleanliness of the store, when you walk up the sidewalk is completely disgusting and black. This is the first thing you see and makes you wonder do I go in or not. I know it can be cleaned with a power wash. You're asking me to go into a store to get vaccines, to buy pharmaceutical stuff, to buy food, to buy makeup but the store welcomes you with this. Gross. I hope something is done, nor sure if it is the store manager or corporate responsibility on the store cleanliness. #CVS @CVS"
