"The system was having difficulties with my insurance, causing a pharmacist to convince me I had to pay full price for my medication, despite my insistance that the price was incorrect. After a brief back and forth, I returned to get a refund only to find out they were still insisting my meds weren't covered. Magically, my coverage went through on the third try after I kept insisting I was to pay nothing. I'm not sure why the system was against me, but the savior of my experience was the pharmacist Sequoia. She personally helped me figure out how to get the refund and update my coverage, and was running around helping people for the entire hour that I was there. She's doing God's work and is the only thing that makes me want to stay with this pharmacy."

"This review is directed at the pharmacy. You HAVE GOT to stop being rude about the Good RX discount card. If a client has no insurance, it is your job to see if the discount card is on file and to run it, without being asked, as the Rx is being filled. When the discount card isn't run and IS brought up after the Rx is filled, YOU RUN IT WITHOUT BEING DIFFICULT. There is ZERO reason for this. Does the discount come out of your paychecks? NO! Run the discount card and stop being a pain!"

"We have been getting our prescriptions here since CVS opened at this location. We get called when prescriptions are ready. They do a great job following up with doctors on automatic renewal of prescriptions. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. This location is very convenient about 2.5 miles south of our home. Previously we used the CVS at Ann Road and Highway 95, considerably farther from home. I have had many prescriptions filled since CVS opened at this location. I found only one counting error shortly after they opened when the Pharmacist provided 80 pills for a 180 pill 90 day prescription. Upon opening the stapled bag, I immediately realized the mistake from the size of the container provided. I immediately returned to the pharmacy and they corrected the problem when I showed them the larger size of my container from the previous prescription. Occasionally the pharmacy does not have enough pills on hand to fill a 90 day prescription. They ask if you want a partial quantity and that they will provide the remainder on the next day or two. I always wait to pick up the entire quantity at one time to avoid any confusion."
