"Julie & Tony at the Pharmacy are LOVELY!!! UNFORTUNATELY... They are surrounded with incompetence. PLEASE find more people to work at the pharmacy so that NO one has to wait HOURS to get prescriptions filled. Then after OVER 2 hours of waiting, they managed to screw up 1 of 4 scripts. Now I am super excited to go back & watch these masterninds try to fix this! Should only take an hour or 2.... They have to count all the way to 90 to properly fill it!"

"The photo department is awful. I ordered something at noon, said it would be ready at 3:20. never got any emails or calls. So I called them. They said they were working on it. Then I finally get an email at 6pm saying my order was ready. I get there around 7pm and they haven’t even started it and make me sit there for 20 minutes and wait."

"Staff could care less to help you. It's sad when the hallmark girl has more customer service; she let us know in the beginning that she was just a vendor then asked us what we were looking for and that maybe she could help. She doesnt even know where things are in your store but still proceeded to try and help. I'm sorry young lady that I didn't catch your name, but thank you for helping us find what we need."

"Filling scripts for my mother in law post hospital discharge. She doesnt usually go this Walgreens. They state they cannot find her account AND refused to call her usual Walgreens. So I called, and guess what, they found her account immediately. So back in I go and another staff member cannot find the account, so I suggest they use her phone number and guess what. They find her account. If they have the ability to search by phone number, why didnt they just do that to begin with? And, medical errors are at higher risk when an individual has multiple accounts, which was obviously unnecessary. I am a RN administrator in Scottsdale and am sickened by the laziness of this staff. And, I feel sorry for those that do not know better or have someone to advocate on their behalf. I would give zero stars if I could"

"Female pharmacist was condescending and rude. I spent two hours waiting and left empty handed. My doctor faxed information and his nurse even called her. The pharmacist said she never got the fax. She let me wait even longer, not telling me she had spoken to the nurse, until I went up and asked! A totally unnecessary negative attitude. I'll find another pharmacy."
