"I'm giving you a 2 because you are sweet people. Why is it so hard to put safety caps on!? Yes, you are located in a senior neighborhood, but you also happen to serve me. Who has a four year old child. I've asked and asked. My pamphlet says cap: safety, my account has a note that I want safety caps, yet again for 4th month in a row: Non-safety caps. What law has changed that would not hold you responsible for my child's harm or even death? Are you guys that rich, CVS has profits so high that they can afford millions in wrongful death lawsuits? Please, if you can't do it for a child's life, do it for your profit margins."

"Called Pharmacy at 9:30 am to check on status of a prescription. Was on hold for 21 minutes listening to advertisements for services which CVS offers.. Finally gave up trying to get through and hung up."
"While this is a great pharmacy? They have a practice of CONSTANT and UNRELENTING "robo" calls when they want to tell you something you've already heard a gazillion times. Such as, needing a refill not authorized by your doctor. I 've hung up; hit the "number" to disengage and they call back repeatedly without a care that the customer has already HEARD the information. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH people...Your system is flawed. FIX IT."
