"Love this store! It’s small and not a huge selection but the staff is super helpful and friendly."
"I loooove Vans! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I tried on a few pairs of shoes and it was quick and easy. I was in and out of the store within 25 minutes."
"I went to the meadowood Vans Store to pick up a online order, the girl (Morgan-name on my receipt) greeted me “wussup” with a attitude. Then once I finished with this purchase, I looked around for some shirts, when I went to purchase again, she just looked at me and said “Is that it” as she made sure I didn’t have other items hiding inside the clothes. Will not be coming back to this store. Very bad customer service on her part."
"Was hoping to test drive the new Toyota sienna van, they did not have one available to drive, or any cars for that matter. But the staff there was more than helpful and we were able to get some new shoes and a hoodie on sale!"
"I went in to the store with my daughter who was wearing a mask. Due to a disability I was told by my doctor to not wear a mask. The first salesman politely asked me to put on a mask. I told him I can't wear one. Then the floor manager came up very rudely and told me I had to wear one or leave. I told him I have a disability and can't wear one. He told me it was store policy. I told him the ADA is federal law he told me he was the floor manager. He gave me a mask and we left. Since when does a store policy supercede a federal law? Since when is it ok to be rude to someone who is trying to explain. We left and bought several pairs shoes elsewhere. I don't recommend this store to ANYONE. I won't be back."
