"I love this store. It’s one of my favorite places to shop. You know what I don’t love? The lack of respect that this stores employees have for their customers time. Standing in line for 20+ minutes waiting to check out when there’s THREE people at registers is not ok. The line hadn’t even MOVED yet and we left our items and walked out. Watching the employees at the register be completely lackadaisical with absolutely NO sense of urgency made me feel completely disrespected. 3pm 1/27. I’m sure y’all can check the cameras and see exactly what I’m talking about. It was exactly the same the last time we were here. Took us 45 minutes to check out. I’ll probably just shop online now."

"Great place to get some good deals on quality clothing. You need to be willing to put up with grouchy employees. Messy, aisles of clothing. Lines to the fitting rooms, because even though they have 8 fitting rooms, there are only 3 available. Who knows why. Also, long lines at checkout because generally only 1 or 2 cashier's working. They are supposedly owned by TJ Maxx but this place is poorly managed and nothing like it."
