"I went for an exam. It was an easy in and out process. The young man with the broken foot was very professional and did a great job even though the Halloween decorations got stuck on his crutches."

"Everything seemed good until they were having issues printing the results. There was two gentlemen at the front. One of them was laughing at the fact that the lady before me did not pass. When mine was printed the same guy looked at my results and laughed. The other gentlemen was cordial enough to show me where my scored lacked. No need to make fun of no one. It made me feel uncomfortable. I will never use this place again."

"The Professional Institute of Technology is a great place to get skills based training in a number of fields as well as to take industry certifications. I have personally benefited from my experience with PITA by receiving my Adobe InDesign and Dreamweaver certificates from the training and testing facility. It is a safe professional environment where the vibe has the feeling of family. The employees are knowledgeable and will work diligently to make sure you have a great experience."

"Took my exam today, dealt with 4-5 different staff members and they were all WONDERFUL! So kind, so friendly, helpful and patient. Taking big exams like these is already stressful, so having the friendly staff members was really nice and took some pressure off. The bathrooms were spotless! it was just overall as best of an experience as you could probably have taking a licensing test. Thank you!"

"Hours were stated as 8am to 5pm on Saturday. Staff opened up 49 minutes late, with zero explanation to 10 anxious test takers standing around with no direction. The actual testing center is loud, dirty, and uncomfortable. The computer testing stations are separated with what appears to be dirty reused painted cardboard. The receptionist/test proctor kept confusing the personal items bins with the wrong people. Once she handed the wrong person another person's wallet to the point where the person picked up the wallet and said "This isn't mine!" he was holding someone else's wallet in his hand. There are better, cleaner, more comfortable testing centers. This place is horrible. Don't test here. I can't imagine who would take classes at this place. Unprofessional Staff/ and testing center cobbled together from leftover cardboard and old computers."
