"This has got to be the most incompetent group of people I've ever met in my life. Oh and what do you know they're also in the medical field where it's essential to get procedures done and not have hang-ups. Wonderful! I am still trying to get a hold of them for months for just an MRI referral because they messed up my hernia surgery! I have to go back through this general surgeon according to my doctor before I can get this fixed because he did the surgery. So because I can't get anything done with this guy I'm screwed! Thanks, there are better doctors living in a cardboard box in Skid Row would not suggest to anyone!"

"Gastrointestinal Specialist Dr Thornton saved my life! I am still struggling a year post surgery for the resident primary Drs to take my health as seriously and urgently as he had, but I wouldn't be here, or Consciously, if he hadn't taken my concerns seriously and listened without dismissing my pain and doubting the amount of blood loss that left me anemic for over 7 years, like every other genius specialist in NV had done. My needs were so urgent because I had been seen as crazy for what I was reporting about my own body and medical history. Dr Thornton was the very first Dr to sincerely test, inspect and believe me. Pretty sure I'd be close to dead right now if it weren't for him and if the medical trauma I experienced hadn't gotten laughed out of every other Drs office to escalate to the emergency it became. I will never understand the absolute arrogance of some MDs. What Dr Thornton showed was compassion, and Superior knowledge and know how."

"I love Dr. Misti Song. I changed my insurance company just so I could be her patient. While Dr. Song is just awesome the office staff there leaves a lot to be desired. On the occasion they actually answer the phone they are kind of rude. I waited 5 months for a prescription to be sent to my pharmacy, despite the pharmacy contacting them a few times a week. The ladies in the office almost never call me to schedule follow-up appointments or give me my results from tests or procedures I've had done."

"I cannot recommend a Dr Ginsburg for any reason. His office crew is dreadful and I find the Dr himself to be absent of any empathy for other human beings. Patients are no more than troublesome distractions to be mistreated at will."
