"The education itself is oudated. The program belongs in 2002. Cindy is rash and unavailable but Rick is polite and helpful. The most unprofessional thing about this school is they will resist you claiming them on their taxes. After passing the course, Cindy refused to give me the tax info needed to get a deduction. She made me file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, a complaint with NV Secondary, and a lawsuit in order to get this information. She said it was "for her protection." OK. Well it's ilegal to withhold the tax information for your students. Stay away from this unprofessional, low quality institution."
"Online "course" is not interactive; just a huge file for the student to read that is basically the instructor's course outline and notes. Outdated, repetitive, poorly formatted, and largely regurgitation of laws. Barely passed the test; several topics on the test that were not covered at all in their materials. Use someone else besides ABC."
"ABC Real Estate School is absolutely amazing! I took this course and was able to work at my own pace, giving me enough time to absorb the information and learn it rather than memorize it. Dr. Cindy Weber was ALWAYS there to answer my questions. She never seemed to get tired of my phone calls when there were things I had difficulties with. Because of ABC Real Estate School's patience and obvious care, I passed the State exam on the first attempt. The tuition fees were minimal compared to what I got in return. 5 STARS, HANDS DOWN!!!"
