"Absolutely no customer service! Asked for shoes in a certain size but they said they didnt have it but it was right there on the wall. Would of spent money but being ignored is not how it works! Dropped everything and walked out and no one even said bye have a good day...geez!"
"Three associates at the store, nobody greet me when I entered, I looked around for Nikes and nobody came to help, even having the store empty. I choose my shoes and I asked for my size, I had the worse attitude from the girl with tattoos on the neck, didn’t help at all and I noticed lack of training and horrible customer service and communication. I won’t come back to this location."
"Surprised at the large selection of name brand shoes they have. Only setback is a lot of their shoes have limited size inventory. Pick a shoe you like and hope they have your size in stock. Just because this is Vegas, does everything have to be a "gamble?" LOL"
"The store needs new employees who want to work and enjoy their jobs. We weren’t greeted coming in. There were about 5 employees and it took 10mins to be helped in an empty store and that’s because I had to walk to the front for help. No one is smiling. Then there weren’t many options because of size. There was no solution when I was about to settle for display shoes that were dirty. Just overall bad customer service and experience."
"Super suspicious store, entered shoe Raffle for lost and founds. They call me but hang up quickly, so I call back. Guy on the phone saying he let it ring all the way. Guy pretty much lied and I called immediately, like within the second, and he said he already gave it to someone else. Don’t trust this store."
