"I called in with concern of a legal issue I was facing. I never been in a legal dispute. I reached out to Felhaber Larson and I was working with Fredrick Krietzman. From our initial conversation, I was told I couldn't go further till I signed an engagement letter. There was no explanation of my position in the dispute, or if I had a case or not. I was in need, so I signed quickly and sent over any documents I had to help my case. It took a week to hear back. The response was that he was confused on the situation. At that point I was already looking for a new attorney. As I am not a legal professional I tried my best to explain that situation to him. I also provided as much information as I could provide him. He could've got back to me sooner if he had questions. He wasn't responsive. There was a poor service quality. I basically explained myself again. After going with a different attorney, I was billed for two hours of his time. I don't think he even spent that much time on my case. Even so that was a poor service. I don't think I should've been charged the full rate. I wouldn't recommend this Firm if all their attorney and service are like that. I had a really bad time and service."
