"This place has terrible customer service. You can never talk to the agent who actually placed the policy, and when you ask questions, they are nonresponsive. In other words, they don’t answer the question being asked. I requested a copy of the policy so my HO-6 policy agent could verify the coverages provided by Insurance Warrhouse to make sure they dovetail with what my homeowners policy covers, and they wouldn’t send it to me. I would’ve given them zero stars, had I had the opportunity. Absolutely terrible."

I find it very easy and simple to deal with Bri Jones and I'm not a people person.... Like a lot of us are. I just email her what I need and she does it. Like adding a new car to my insurance. Putting a car into storage. Switching to a different insurance for a better deal. I highly highly recommend Bri Jones if you are going to go with insurance warehouse. I do not know about other agents there but, for me. Bri Jones is hands down the best. She deserves a big raise I believe. You, her employer. "Awesome insurance agency!! When I first joined they saved me over $850 a year on my home and auto while keeping the same coverage! Now after being with them for years you'd think my insurance would go up but nope we're switching to Nationwide insurance because they shopped for me and they're saving me about $500 more!
