You could up sale more if you spoke to your customers instead of looking around so stuck up fixing the fixtures slamming hangers being passive aggressive like you just want people out of your store! Wait forever just to get help or go in a dressing room or shoes or anything. Thee worst. Hire better sales people!"

"Came in and asked about plus size dresses. The people working were really dismissive and they told me that they didn’t carry it in store and if they had any, it would just be scattered about. The people who worked there were not really accessible for help or questions, which I did have. I was trying to shop for a night out dress for a friends birthday coming up, but left without getting anything. No one really offered to help me and I just didn’t feel welcomed in general compared to other stores I went to. The customer service was kinda disappointing but I’ll probably stick to the downtown summerlin location if I go at all. It’s really unfortunate that certain stores treat people like this"
