"Very nice clean location. Friendly staff. Food was great. Tried their Wreck salad on the underground menu available only through the app and it was great. It was also gluten free so I could share it with my wife and it was plenty for the two of us. Location is a bit hidden back in just west of Vicksburg Ln. Parking can get tight around lunch. For overflow use the Lowes parking lot."

"I ordered 3 of my fav shake, Cookie butter. The kids dived in first but they didn't look like they were enjoying it so i asked how was it and they said watery. So I tasted mine and sure enough it was watery and disgusting. I immediately called the store and spoke to the manager, who apologized. I thought it was awesome that she offered to send me 3 coupons for new shakes since i was headed across town and couldn't return. That was 2 weeks ago and i have yet to receive those coupons. That was my second trip to this store, I wont return. Sad cause its close to my home but don't mind driving for good food and service. I have never had an issue like this with the Maple Grove location."

"Had potbelly today for lunch during work and I cannot say more positive things about this restaurant from the workers being friendly to the food being hot and fresh as always. The manager Brandon R. Was a pleasure to talk to from being so respectful to being knowledgeable about the products being used. Would recommend this any day!!!"
