"Yesterday was our first experience eating at any Chick-fil-a. We stopped at the Plymouth location as we had an appointment nearby. Great experience! Clean restaurant, good food and great service. Alex took our order and was very patient and informative, when we told him this was our first time eating here and needed some info on the choices. I wish more fast food places had employees that were as well trained and helpful as Alex was. We will certainly return sometime when we are in the area again."

"Disappointing experience today. Ordered 2 Cobb salads, extra chicken ($5.99 extra for each), chicken on the side. Made incorrectly with chicken on. When I shared this, they just took the chicken off of the salad and put it in a box. Cheese melted and lettuce wilted and chicken crumbs all over salad. We weren’t planning on eating the salads until a little later which is why I asked the chicken on the side - so the lettuce etc didn’t get wilted. Oh well. Probably the last time we will go to this restaurant- past two times orders have been made incorrectly."

"Pretty disappointing experience. Ordered two sandwiches, some tenders, soup, milkshakes and soda for takeout and they gave me my order missing milkshakes. I went back to notify and collect the milkshakes. When I got home I realized they shorted me a sandwich. Very frustrating. I think CF’a usually has service that’s a step above the competition but there was enough wrong to give me pause for next time. Food quality is still pretty good but the whole package was not up to snuff."

"I have eaten here many times, and have had mixed experiences with it, most of which are good. Usually, the food quality is pretty good and the employees are friendly. Lately, however, things have gone downhill. My most recent visit was questionable. The teenager at the counter was lazy and unfriendly, and his boss had to prompt him to take our order. When we got our meals, the chicken was chewy and grisly. It was hard to swallow. Most of the time, the food is pretty good, but I guess I just had a bad experience once. Also, do not get the plain chicken sandwich without toppings. It is dry and tasteless, but if you get lettuce, tomato, and sauce, it tastes good."
