Kreature Komforts Animal Hospital

"We’ve been to Kreature Komforts a couple times for vaccines and routine check ups but my boy needed a dental. I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in in just a couple of weeks. Not going to lie, I was nervous. The thought of your baby being under anesthesia is so scary. I immediately felt comfortable from the time we walked in to the time we left. They called me twice throughout the day to let me know he needed a tooth extracted and then again to let me know he was in recovery. They don’t push you to do or pay for things you don’t want and their prices are very affordable. Special shout out to Taylor, she was very helpful and took the time to sit down with me and explain the home after care do’s and don’ts. Thank you, Taylor for your kindness and compassion and thank you Kreature Komforts for taking such good care of my boy and putting my mind at ease. We will be coming back for sure."

"On Friday night I had called AEC asking if they knew of vets that saw exotics. They told me to call Kreature Komforts in the morning. I did so. Stating that my ferret had an emergency and needed to be seen. The receptionist told me that they weren't taking any new clients until next month and gave me the name of other exotic vets in the area. I have a regular exotic vet, however they are not open on the weekends. I was hoping that due to it being an emergency and that it was a ferret, I would be able to be seen, as I have not heard of a vet clinic that turns away emergency cases unless directing you to an animal emergency clinics. My ferret couldn't wait until Monday to be seen and sadly passed away due to the pain she was in that could have been helped if a vet would have seen her."

"The veterinarian that owns this veterinarian hospital told me that if my dog was so inclined to chew on treats to get an antler….?! you would think that a veterinarian would know better than to tell a client, who has a small Pembroke welsh corgi that or even a big bull mastiff owner this recommendation…! you don’t give any dog an antler to chew on and expect that animal to be OK afterwards Patty, and after my dog fractured her tooth you…The veterinarian, Dr. Patty McCormick ; then refused to even give a discount on the surgery that she had to do on Charlotte because of her recommendation. She doesn’t care about the clients pets she only cares about making enough money to be able to take her her family and several employees to Ireland for a vacation every year….then after the surgery not six months later my dog was dead. I would definitely stay away from this veterinarians office especially reading other one star reviews, and go to Pinion Animal Hospital if you want good old fashion health care for your pets."
