"On the surface this place looks like one of the better facilities in the area - but it’s not at all. A dog died here from a daycare dog fight (check Yelp and Reno sub Reddit). Even worse they were not trustworthy or transparent to their customers that this incident happened. This was the second time since using them that they didn’t properly inform me as an owner that an incident happened with my dogs or a safety issue occurred at their facility that would impact my dogs. They do not pay attention or act transparently. They assume that owners will not find out and get away with pretending things did not happen. It is a legal and moral values obligation to address safety issues at a business with its customers and their living four legged family."
"Wonderful facility, great people that know dogs, and top-notch training. Sam is very knowledgeable and not only trains your puppy but also trains you. She is calm and reassuring and explains everything she does and why she does it. I enrolled my puppy in the five one on one lessons and will do it again for off leash training. I HIGHLY recommend her for your dogs training needs."
"Our puppy loves it here. His daily trips to daycare are just what's needed to wear down an 8 month old puppy, he always sleeps in the truck on the way home. Also did the training package while he was boarded a few months back and it transformed him. His behavior on leash is phenomenal. I highly recommend them."
"Bentley adores everyone (and all his daycare dog buddies) at On Command. He is always excited to go there. He really hates car rides but when he knows it’s daycare time he does not hesitate one moment. He’s well trained, well groomed, well exercised, and well loved there. you for everything he’s perfect!"
"So, our puppy went here and what a hack job they did. The beard and eyebrows we love is gone. Yes, I asked for a trim only and told them that I liked her ears and eyebrows and small beard. It gives her character.. instead they shaved our dog. Even her whiskers! I would not recommend this place to future dog owners."
