"5 stars for CVS overall but the 1 star is for "Vanessa, lead pharmacy technician". I have been coming here for many years and always have a positive experience. Today there was a lady there who was very condescending and rude, I've never interacted with her at this location and do not wish to do so again."

"After a 8.5 hr drive to Reno my son and I needed a few things after we checked into our hotel. This place was across the street so I was able to walk. I found everything I needed and was assisted by a nice lady to retrieve some locked up medicine. The store was clean and layed out nicely to find everything. Plus they had our favorite coconut water! Plus for us."

"Gayle Mackay in the pharmacy is unprofessional and rude to customers. I had an issue with my insurance and she refused to help. I called my insurance to see what the issues was. Insurance advised me to have the CVS run it again. Gayle refused to try again so I asked to speak to a supervisor which I could barely understand. I do not recommend this pharmacy what so ever."

"Pharmacies are understaffed all over. I had an appointment for my flu shot, and the wait was an hour. 4 stars for the minute clinic staff and the stock in the store. Nice place. 5/2023 arrived 8 am on Sunday morning. Very professional worker with salt/pepper hair handled multiple people asking him for multiple things. He kept his cool and managed situation beautifully. Give him a raise!!!"

"Wow!!! Amazing service! Literally every person who assisted us in the store was amazing! Anna, the cashier went above and beyond and was really personable. She returned my grandma's phone that my grandma left behind as we were walking around the store. She also went and searched for a couple of products that my grandma was looking for. I really appreciated that. I also liked that one of the guys in the pharmacy knew my grandma's name and was nice to her as well as another worker that was organizing."
