"Doctors will tell you after you arrived that your appointment is canceled. If they ran a dialysis care unit, they would tell you to champ it out for another week before they could help you. Very unprofessional, and they lose medical records. I was a patient since 2019 and they lost all my previous records with them. I had to relive my trauma to re-explain my life in order to get services again."

"This is the worst psychiatry department that I have ever experienced. You won't be able to see the doctor here. You will only see his/her on-site residency which will be changed every year. So no one can really understand in depth about your situation. The admin is terrible. For three years, they have not succeed in updating my phone number. Just a week ago, because of severe side effect of the medication that the on-site residency gave me, I cannot make the appointment. I called to tell them my situation. And then they still charge my no-show appointment and threaten me that they will dismiss me for further appointment."
