Lord and Heinlein played a pivotal role in resolving a complaint lodged against me by a former employer with the MN Board of Nursing. To provide context, in 2020, I tragically lost my brother to suicide, which left me grappling with profound emotional distress. Subsequently, in 2021, while working in the ICU of a facility specializing in trauma care, I found myself repeatedly assigned to care for patients who had survived suicide attempts.
