"I would have gave them 5stars because most of the time my food is fresh and everything is correct. I went in tonight and they gave me chicken and sauce I didn’t even order. I gave them a call and the manager Jaye was helpful and let me bring the food back to replace it. Sadly they still messed it up and gave me sweet chili instead of signature hot. I feel like the night shift isn’t good under pressure but over all I think this is the best Popeyes in Henderson"
"This place is simply disgusting. Not only was my chicken bleeding and under cooked. We were charged the wrong price most of our order was wrong and they were so rude. How do you serve cold undercooked chicken. The rice and beans side was terrible it tasted a bit on the burnt side. The employees there argued us down about the chicken being cooked even after showing them otherwise we didn’t receive our refund my whole house ended up with food poisoning. I wouldn’t recommend rats eat here."
"We had purchased a fried turkey for Thanksgiving from this Popeye location and it was absolutely delicious. I wanted to order a fried turkey for Easter, however the staff was unaware of them having turkey's for Easter so I tried their fried chicken, it too was delicious, very fresh, fried to perfection and very tasty. I was told the fried turkey's are only available during Thanksgiving and Christmas on certain days and walk in only on a first come first serve option. The establishment was clean, service was friendly, helpful and professional. I was amazed at the speed in which our order was prepared and served. They have a parking lot, the parking lot was clean, they offer drive thru, clean restrooms, clean dining area and helpful staff."
