"Arrival/Dismissal: Horrible Food: They don’t eat there Uniforms: We weren’t told about the logos on the shirts was mandatory the weekend prior to first day of school. Every time you ask the front staff about something they always redirect parents to the website. Which I did. It tells us the colors we are to wear but it doesn’t state what colors are for the PineCrest the student is attending. Staff: Very unorganized. Rude! I’ve dealt with the staff via email, phone & in-person. Each encounter was not handle properly. I’ve asked to speak to someone in high rank because the receptionist they got answering the phones thinks our conversations are funny. I was told someone will help my child & they did not. I was told I only needed to provide certain documents when I already had all required documents in-person the week prior to that because they decided that the papers needed was already in the system without verifying. I asked for my children’s classroom schedule for a whole month. Staff directed me to infinite campus which only showed the subject and classroom number. Still no structured schedule. In-person I asked the staff again, staff stated “the schedule of the meet & greet?” No one asked about the Meet & Greet schedule. She then decided to have a conversation while I stood there waiting. I understand we are all have jobs to do & each company doesn’t have just one customer but these staff do not even communicate with each other. I was on a phone call that lasted about 2 minutes & 3 people who came on the phone was not able to help me. Not know the information I provided to the previous staff. None of the staff identified themselves. Ive reached a point where the staff told me the principal will call me back after dismissal & has not.I’ve waited patiently for the principal to call me back regarding the staffing issue I’m concerned about & has not yet done."

"ok so im editing this because now that i have realized more to this school im going to say everything i need to say. Rules: so the rules are very strict. they have control over your HAIR meaning you cant dye it unnatural colors and only natural colors. if you do get caught they will call your parents and send you home and FORCE you to redye your hair back to normal. They also do not care if a favorite is breaking a rule or the staff kids are but they will most definitely care if either of those kinds are breaking the rules. they also give out lunch detention just for chewing GUM, just GUM Lunch: the lunch is always frozen watery and chunky along with the milk being nearly expired and once my friend drank out a milk cartoon and said it had peices of solidified milk in it. nasty staff: very rude and will not take action unless, someone they favor over more and or hurt deeply about it. if one of those are involved in the situtation then you the one who is going to get outed and that person is going to be the victim. also the staff do not care about your well being. learning: now i do say the learning is ok but every grade learns stuff higher then them. like 7th grades learns 8th things, like how? what if it is your first year coming here and in 7th grade learning 8th grade things and not 7th grade things. they also hold students back. students: students are rude and always causing drama. some of the rude things ive encountered is somebody calling me fat, and it triggered my heart so badly i went home and cried until i went to sleep. they also have students calling a LGBTQ+ teacher a Mx. f slur. friend reported somebody saying a racial slur online to them and said "Well i cant control what people say online" knowing that they've expelled, suspended and punished others for doing something like that online campus: campus is great and is huge but they raised over $100k and cant even fix the bathrooms with missing doors and other small parts or the internet, internet does not work half the time. once we had a whole internet outage just because they couldnt fix it. plus they did another fund raiser raising more then enough to repair the school and wasted it on a rock wall they only used for 2 weeks. overall: students think this school is so bad they would rather go to public school then this this is how i feel about this school and im glad im moving from this school to a way better one. my parents have had an horrible experience here and things i went through my years at this place they considered targeted. parents i advise you to NOT send your child to school here. this is also the longest and most honest review you will ever see in this review page please like this if you agree so you can get the truth out about this school."

"I went to this school since 6th grade and just finished my 8th Grade year. This school treated me amazing and was a great experience and a joy to be able to attend. Although the lunch was not the best they have been improving it and it has gotten better than it was. This school prepped me to go to SECTA and I feel more than ready/prepared. Do not listen to reviews from angry students a lot of them do not realize the great help this school is. If I had one thing to complain about it would be that YOU GUYS TOOK MY FAVORITE LUNCH MINI DOGGS aka (mini corn dogs) AWAY PLEASE BRING THEM BACK EVEN THOUGH IM NOT ABLE TO ATTEND ANYMORE. All jokes consider it tho. 5 stars"

"Nothing but positive experiences since I've been here. The teachers, that I've experienced in both elementary and middle school hold the children accountable for their work and contribution and push them to excel. I hope the favoritism accusation isn't stemming from parents whose children are not doing the work assigned and/or are behaving in class like they were raised without home training. No, there's no positive recognition to be had there if these teachers are spending too much time having to correct students who have become a distraction to others. These schools are rated 5 stars for a reason. With how the Nevada education system is, charter schools are the way to go. Improvements? Yes, that's every school. One of my suggestions is simply the school website- it should be updated daily/weekly and the information should be accurate. Links should work, and nothing should be left blank. I shouldn't have to call the school asking for basic information. It should all be transparent on the website with explanations on the who, what, when, where, why and how. I'm surprised the technology staff are not more involved in keeping up with this."

"Horrible and unprofessional. If you hear otherwise, it's a fake and probably from the staff, before they got fired. My daughter attended last year and this year, but will not attend again. Their turnover is astounding, and they have put charges on my account that they can't explain. I've asked to speak to the principal or someone other than the receptionist and they block that interaction. It's like a prison more than a school. My daughter is always complaining that the teachers are rude, and in my opinion so are many of the parents I've encountered. It is still ran by the State, and no better than a public school, so if you're trying to avoid putting your child in an LV public school this isn't the place. Zero or negative stars if possible."
