"Staff always blocks off seating area and never allows anyone to use restrooms. When asked they are always rude. I can’t believe Port of Subs has gone downhill."

"This was my first time at Port of Subs. I live in Ohio and was not familiar with this sub shop. Toppings were few, the meats were sliced right in front of you, the bread was top notch. Besides the prices I have no complaints."

"I went in around 3:20 PM on 7/26/22 and the ladies there were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond - thank you! The sub was great, as always. Update 10/17/22: We somehow went from being able to substitute meats for cheeses (which according to their menu and pricing, meats are more expensive than cheese if you want to double up on one) to not being able to substitute at all. Port of Subs has lost my business."

"Ordered last minute from here and it was also my first time. They were out off one ingredient which was okay, they also forgot to add my avocado spread to sandwich. Other then those minor issues I definitely recommend this sanchwich spot. It has its one unique taste which is different then your other sub places. I ordered 2 large Turkey & Provolone Cheese with all the yummy ingredients they offer. I will come back again. ...!"

"This is my favorite sandwich shop in town. I love that they have a reward points system to work towards a free sandwich (unlike the other large chain sandwich shop in town). Not only that, but they make my order exactly how I like it. I have a crush on the manager, Kareem, so it's even better when he makes it for me! The staff always greets and jokes around with me, which is something I really like. I would highly recommend coming here."
