"I ordered a potato breakfast burrito and it was was one of the better burritos I've ever ordered from a Roberto's. I order without egg and cheese. The two behind the counter however found it in their best interest to do nothing but hate their customer this day. Both should be reprimanded for both customer relations. If their employer was there he or she would have thought twice about their continued employment with this restaurant. Food was good because I believe the cook in the back actually cares in contrast to the cashier's who couldn't give a hoot this day. Both hated because they like too many on this world are not Born-Again like the Bible says. That's the grave in the end where the demons go. I hope those two are actually Born-Again the next time I stop by."

"Went here often especially the one on Charleston and Rampart. But one time my coworker picked up several burritos from the one on Pecos and Sunset. I ordered a chicken burrito. They weren’t marked so I had to open and try to find a chicken burrito. They all looked the same and meat was dark and looked like adobo sauce. Oh well looks like I’m eating beef after all. Fast forward 6 hours, and my stomach was cramping, diarrhea set in and nausea. I wanted to leave work it was that bad. I guess the employee thought, rather than to get a fresh batch of meat, they’d used the leftover (possibly days old) meat on the bottom of the pan to fulfill the order. Never returned and unfortunately it was one of my go to fast food spots."

"My husband went in and ordered some food for us for tonight when he went to check if the lady at the register Told him everything was in there. He said OK and brought it to me in the car and I double checked and we were missing both burritos we ordered. I took it back in with the receipt and explain situation, and the Lady said they put two burritos in there and that we took them out. I said no never got either burrito but i do have a cheese quesadilla. She continued to say that she put them in there. I said you can go check my car if you want. And then she finally decided to have a kitchen remake it. After being accused of lying for the gain of two burritos, I’ll never go to that location again."

"Always consistent!!! Always a yummy taste!! You can't ever go wrong, stopping at a Roberto's (Except for 1-time out in BOCA PARK??) Go, get a yummy burrito. Some, Carne Asada fries.."
