"From many other Pollo Loco restaurants, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This store is not meeting the standards. They serve food short of the condiments shown on the menu. Specially on orders to go. With the excuse that they ran out. Chicken is often dry. They want to charge you for extra dressing when they minimize the quantity on what is included. Seems like they are trying to stretch their supplies cheap and low quality service. I returned a few times despite because is the closest, but I will not return after today. Check your orders and food. I'm sure others have issues with this location and their poor management. No stars ✨️ at all. In addition, the place needs maintenance."

"Staff was so rude to our Door Dash driver they rushed him out of the store without being able to check the order and got it completely wrong with the correct receipt on the bag. My husband went in and they gave him the already made lukewarm food that was also missing guac which we paid twice extra for and were rude to him as well, no refund offered for the delivery made through their website. Food was terribly bland. Save yourself the heartache and get Taco Bell. It tastes better and the staff is friendlier. Gross..."

I've seen the best delivery packaging in Korea get some help from Korea. Update had to pour in Tajin because again no sauces or dressing."
